Coconut Oil-The constituents in coconut oil are saturated fats such as capric acid, caprylic acid and lauric acid. It contains high amounts of vitamin E, antioxidants, proteins and triglycerides. Capric acid and lauric acid are both anti-microbial and anti-bacterial.
